Eventually, after trawling the Yellow Pages and searching the net for a Glasgow bathroom renovation company that would not cost us a fortune, we decided to call a local company who carried out our renovation to absolute perfection for a great price.
We were looking for excellent craftsmen and their price who could finish the job properly as we have a very old home with unusual shaped rooms, so top class workers would be needed and as far as we are concerned the company we used certainly provided that.
There is absolutely no doubt about it. If you are considering renovating your new bathroom I suggest that you do some research on the various bathroom companies around Glasgow and find a company who can provide recent testimonials of quality workmanship and can show you photos of the work they produce. Many can be found on the internet.
We did exactly that and it paid off for us big time. By searching around on the internet we found an excellent company providing reasonable prices and top quality workmanship.
We were looking for specific items like wall mounted furniture, rectangular bath, square basin and W/C and we knew that this would be more expensive than standard fittings however in the end we were convinced that it was going to be worth the extra expense.
On day one of the installation we were naturally a little apprehensive as we were not used to having major surgery done on our beloved home however the workers turned up on time as promised and went about their tasks very professionally, they were also very polite and tidy. We were immediately impressed and quickly put at ease by their professionalism.
The entire bathroom was dismantled on the first day and the new bath was installed plus the new plumbing for the shower and toilet which was completed by 5pm. The guys left for the evening but not before cleaning up and discussing with us what they had done and how things were progressing, once again we were reassured.
On day two the joiner arrived and completed all of the joinery work which included the boxing in of all of the ugly, exposed pipes and laying plywood on the floor which was necessary to prevent the new tile grout from cracking later on. Our new laminate ceiling was also installed the same day complete with some spotlights.
